Harrison Energy Partners (HEP) announced today that it was again awarded One of The Best Places to Work in Arkansas by the independent firm Best Companies Group (BCG). This is now the second time HEP has applied and  received this award in the past four years (2013 & 2016).

Harrison Energy Partners, founded in 1983 by CEO Bill Harrison, employs over 150 employees throughout the state and provides Commercial HVAC Excellence with mechanical service, system planning, and energy projects for HVAC systems and controls.

“It’s a great honor to have been named Best Places to Work in Arkansas in 2013 and now in 2016,” said Mike McClellan, President of  Harrison Energy Partners. “Our culture of mutual respect and teamwork means that we celebrate our accomplishments together, and this  award is shared by everyone. It is truly a pleasure coming to work every day.”

BCG specializes in identifying and recognizing great places to work, managing programs worldwide, including in the US, Canada, and the  UK. Best Places to Work in Arkansas is a survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers; winners are published  by Arkansas Business in September. There are 29 companies competing this year. To be eligible, Arkansas located businesses or  government entities are required to have a minimum of 15 employees and may be for profit or nonprofit, privately or publicly held  companies.

“I’m humbled that we are again being honored as one of the best places to work in Arkansas. When I started this company 33 years ago, I  pledged to be loyal to my employees and to treat them like family. I can say with great certainty that this philosophy has paid large  dividends for our company over the years. We believe one of HEP’s greatest strengths is its network of talented people and the passion they  have for their work,” said Bill Harrison.
